Memristors have been favored in artificial intelligence, neural networks, and chaotic circuits, especially synapses because of their unique advantages such as resistance variability, nonvolatile nature, nanometer size. Benefits integration scale low power consumption contribute toward simulating the biological synaptic function. Compared with memory association circuits using traditional CMOS transistors, memristors will reduce complexity circuit consumption. Therefore, it is greatly promising to use construct networks mimic human brain functions. This paper successfully establishes a recognition based on recognize some characteristics (size, color, shape, smooth) fruits, which learning After few seconds, output signal voltage drops, this forgetting Through establishment circuit, network complex behavior were simulated. work lays foundation for further research networks.
